- Free Shipping:
- Orders above Rs. 2999 qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.
Additional Charges
- Large Order Advance Payment: Orders above Rs. 10,000 require a 10% non-refundable advance payment to confirm the order. This amount will be deducted from the final payment.
Order Processing
- Accuracy of Details: Please ensure your contact and delivery information is correct when placing your order to avoid delays.
- Order Verification: If there are any issues with your order, a Brosto representative will contact you to clarify before shipping.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier service will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us.
Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon receiving your order.
- Advance Payment: For larger orders, advance payment can be made via direct bank transfer. Customers choosing this method should provide transaction proof.
